police are checking the phone records of a teenager who struck and killed a father having a daughter on saturday the accident scene is still there this morning as well as the growing memorial for the victims. will tran has the latest. >>will: they are checking the telephone records because they want to know if he was talking or textile. they are also waiting on results to see what was in his blood system, if there was any alcohol or drugs. you can see the memorial of rockville, candles were burning throughout the night, people stopping by and adding to it. five this is where three people were slammed into, a 41 year old father, his nine year-old daughter, they were both killed. the 12 year-old daughter was

rushed to hospital and expected to survive for injuries. the 17 year-old driver who is in juvenile hall right now being charged with vehicular manslaughter. there will have to decide if they would charge and has an adult or a juvenile. witnesses believe he was speeding, he jumped the curb and had the victims, he was driving a cadillac escalade which is a big and heavy car. it took out a fire hydrant and knocked apart some of this structure is. the driver only suffered minor injuries to. we will be trying to find at exactly what is going on with this case and when it will get some phone records back.

>>mark: we're also following the latest developments of morgan health. the family of sierra lamar is offering a $10,000 reward for her safe return. the funds for the rewards are coming from the lamar family, not from the klaaskids foundation. but klasskids foundation says they are accepting food and office supplies and nations. lamar has been missing since march 16th. over the weekend, hundreds of volunteers showed up to help in the search. divided into more than 50 teams, among them alex smith from the san francisco 49ers and some of his teammates. for a huge draw for the dow jones sits, if the markets were closed on friday when

the march jobs report came out showing the u.s. economy only added 120,000 jobs. most analysts were expecting over 200,000 jobs to be added. word from sony that they will be cutting 10,000 jobs worldwide over the next year. the decision to slash about 6% of its work force comes as they struggle with we television sales. sony lost 2.1 billion in the last three months of 2011. they have now more than doubled their projected loss for the fiscal year. a real well has agreed to sell 800 of its patents to microsoft and granted a license for the remaining patents for 1 billion in cash. they plan to return some of
